I have so much to be thankful for. The last year was hard but I survived with the help of my heavenly Father. My life isn’t perfect but I know that God is in control and I take great comfort in that.
I am thankful that my Mother is home, after all those months away in rehab. What an awesome blessing that is, and one we were not sure if would ever happen, with all the health issues she had last year.
I am thankful for hope, for without it where would we be. Hope gives us the courage to go on and face an unknown tomorrow.
I am thankful that He knows, and He cares…even when it feels like He doesn't.
As always, I am grateful to all of you my blogging friends.

Oh yes, He cares. And I know sometimes it doesn't feel like it. I wrote a devotional about this very subject several years ago and it recently appeared in Granola Bar Devotionals. God used a little bird to demonstrate to me how much He does care.
